What is your return policy?

I accept returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you feel there is a problem with your order or a defect, please email me at spottedponysilver@gmail.com, and I will get back to you right away!

Please note: I do not offer returns or exchanges on custom items. Nor do I offer returns or exchanges on rings that do not fit. Please make sure you know your ring size before ordering!

Shipping Information:

I generally ship within 2 to 5 business days, unless I am out of town, but I will make a note of that on the website in the announcement bar at the top.

Made-to-order pieces will ship based on the time frame in the listing.

I use USPS for shipping, and I offer Priority Mail, Ground Advantage, and Priority Mail International. I am not responsible for any shipping delays.

I fully insure every package to make sure it gets safely to your door. Unfortunately, if your package has been marked as delivered and is missing, it may have been stolen. I cannot file a claim nor issue a refund for a missing or stolen package after it has been marked as delivered. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

How to care for your handmade jewelry:

Wear it! Wearing sterling silver jewelry helps prevent tarnish; the oils from your skin naturally polish and protect the metal.

Use the included polishing cloth to gently remove tarnish and restore shine. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives, which could damage the stones and/or remove the patina.

Natural stones can be fragile and porous, and sterling silver will darken in chlorine. Take off your jewelry when showering, swimming, hot springing, exercising, hiking, rock climbing, etc.

When not wearing your jewelry, store it in its box, an airtight container, or a bag to prevent tarnish.

Do you offer repairs?

I do not repair jewelry that I have not made, but I may offer repairs on pieces that I have made, depending on the difficulty of the repair. Please reach out at spottedponysilver@gmail.com with any questions!

Do you resize rings?

I do not resize rings. Please make sure that you know your ring size before ordering!

Do you do custom work?

I generally do not take on custom work, but if you have a really great idea shoot me an email, and I just might! :)
